Bonjour Bonnieux

I'm awake way too late, we're here in Bonnieux now and I'm just too excited to sleep. It's so dreamy here, exactly as I imagined the mountainous Luberon region of Provence to be and so much more. The tiny hilltop villages are straight out of a storybook and I could live here happily ever after with my AJ and Bowman in a heartbeat :)

Nous sommes en France!!! We made it safely and I can't post much more than this... because we're in France!

We are having an amazing time, the most wonderful adventure just the three of us. Wandering through mideval villages through the most fabulous chateaus in Bordeaux and delicious food of course. Nothing like anything you can experience anywhere else but ici, right here. Best wine, THE definition of wine. best food BEST time with my boys.

Bowman you are 11 months old tomorrow and you've been to Atlanta, Alaska, Hawaii, and France! You're amazing and we love you so much, life started with you mon bebe. Mon Ange.

Photos from Bobbie and Poppies visit 3 weekends ago. They arrived on Friday evening and we packed as much fun into Saturday and Sunday as humanly possible- at least 4 days worth of good times were had ;)
Then they had to move on to meetings at their office in SF, and Poppie had his 60th birthday!!

Bobbie and Poppie

Bobbie and Poppie came to see us for the weekend two weeks ago. I know its blurry but I think this picture is really cute.

San Francisco getaway

A few weekends ago (May 19th), AJ had a dinner in San Francisco with his management team and meetings the following Friday morning, so I took Friday off and Baybo and I went with him. It was a fun little get away. We stayed at the historic Fairmont hotel, which was beautiful atop Nob Hill. That evening dinner was at one of our favorite restaurants, Slanted Door and Bowman dined at a table of 16 like a champ! He tried all sorts of new foods and flavors, the staff was so great about bringing him little bits of this and that to eat in addition to the dishes served to the table.

The next morning Bowman and I had breakfast at the Laurel cafe in the hotel, it was pretty swanky and at the table next to us was a man brokering an 80-million dollar hotel deal via skype, Bowman was sure to chime in :) I did my best to keep him quiet but Bowman had some things on his mind, ha!

After Dada's meeting was over we headed out to lunch and cruised around the city all afternoon.
